We need the following informations to customise your event,and make you a quotation:
Date, time, type of the party, Expected guests & number, ages,nationalities,expected menus,
location and delivery access/operations, Global budget, etc..
If You have some... for food or drinks, options like flower arrangement, lay-out,
operations, music, decorations, inside/outside settings, materials rentals, service and cook
staff, photographer,cameraman, hostess, etc...
we definitely advise/customise your event, and collaborate with different partners,
so please refer to us anytime for a appointment.
Tableware are not included, we'll quote you regarding your needs.

(only in charge of our food to be served,desserved, not washing/cleaning) - drinks: quotation depends the drinks menus

Billing per hour (counted from the delivery arrives to your place)
- delivery: from ¥3,000, /depending the volume and delivery access, conditions, location (...) extra charges might be added
All AU LIMO's materials must be cleaned up and rinced (before we bring them back), missing /broken materials will be billed.
- 1 month: 10%
- 15 days: 30%
- 7 days: 50%
- 3 days: 100%
- party day: full party cost+ 30%
note:
cancellation fees might change depending on the size of the event.
Payments must be done only in cash, credit cards are not allowed.

This is our job and our goals to focus on your satisfaction, we have already done hundreds of events, from 10 guests to thousands (International corporate convention), from an hour to 3 days duration. (even if we have to work on it by night!)
Private-party-Room reservation fee: We don't rent our room for private party less than 25 guests, or exceptionnaly and under special circumstances(date,time,...)
At the time that you agree with our general conditions,quotations and menus of your party/event, Au Limo may ask you for a 30% reservation retainer fee, non-refundable in case or cancellation. Reservation(s) deadline(s) will be mentionned on our quotations.

As mentionned on our quotation or menus, the party tarification is from the guest arriving time, untill finishing time, we tolerate usually between 15/30 minutes overtime,passed this delay, Au Limo might charge ¥20,000 per hour.
